AFFIRMATIVE

1. Reduce the smuggling of lobster seeds that harm the state.

the prohibition of catching and exporting lobster seeds has an impact on the country's economy, because with this ban caused the rampant smuggling of lobster seeds, its accounting for 1.2 billion rupiah, which was smuggled from the sale of lobster seeds. So, than the money not going into the country, we better just get it into our country by reopening the export of lobster seeds.


2. Avoiding new social problems due to increased unemployment due to job losses as lobster seed catchers.

The prohibition on catching lobster seeds and the closure of lobster exports will actually reduce the economy of the middle and lower class people who daily catch lobster seeds, they even become unemployed. Unlike cultivators, they can certainly continue even though on a small scale, but these lobster seed catchers will lose their jobs and become a social problem for the country, that is because of the prohibition on catching lobster seeds and the closure of lobster seed exports. 


NEGATIVE

1. Reduced state income from adult lobster exports

With the forbidden of lobster seed exports, will increased exports of adult lobsters, which we know are much more expensive than lobster seeds. re-opening of lobster seed exports will affect the export of adult lobsters, because with the exported lobster seeds, the lobster seeds price increases, so that lobster cultivators will have a reduced supply of lobster seeds and there will also be less lobster that will mature and can exported. Because of that, the reopening of seed exports will still impact and reduce country's money. 


2. Can cause species extinction and damage to ecosystems

There is a positive from reducing lobster seed harvesting, even though it makes people unemployed, but reducing lobster seed catching avoids this species extinction. because excessive harvesting of lobster seeds will damage the lobster ecosystem itself and will cause extinction of this lobster species in Indonesia, if continuously taken, by the people you call will be unemployed.
